Biosketch

Carrie Sandborn, DO, graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine as an Osteopathic Physician.聽 She subsequently did her Family Medicine聽residency at Mercy Health Partners in Muskegon, MI. She served聽as chief resident her final聽year聽of residency. She is Board Certified in聽Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. She has completed additional training in Cranial-Sacral聽OMM technique聽post residency. She has been adjunct clinical faculty for MSU COM and MSU CHM, prior to聽starting at聽汤头条app,聽as an outpatient聽preceptor for residents and medical students.

Dr. Sandborn's professional interests include medical student/resident/physician mental health and well-being, as well as burn-out prevention (for which she has obtained Balint Group Training), grief and loss, OMM-Cranial, Women and Childrens Health, student affairs, Obesity Medicine/Medical weight loss Managment, Diversity, Inclusion and Health Equity.
