Tetra is developing a new class of phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4)-inhibitor drugs to treat patients with a wide variety of 鈥渃ognition-impairing鈥 conditions. Its lead product, a PDE4D inhibitor (BPN14770), will enter Phase 1 human trials in Alzheimer鈥檚 disease this year, and two other pipeline candidates are PDE4B inhibitors in preclinical development for treating neuroinflammation and traumatic brain injury.
